AGREEMENT

StockHere.com is offered to
you conditioned on your
acceptance without
modification of the terms,
conditions and notices

warranty, collateral

Term of Agreement

will begin on the date the
user chooses to accept this
agreement and will remain in
full force and effect until
completion of the services.
Legal Expenses
In the event that legal
action is brought to enforce
or construe any term of this
Agreement, the prevailing
party will be entitled to
recover, in addition to any
other damages or award, all
reasonable legal costs and
fees associated with the
legal action.
Modification of these terms
and conditions
StockHere.com reserves the
right to change the Terms of
this user agreement at any
time by revising the terms
and conditions herein,
including, but not limited
to, adding fees and charges
for use. You are responsible
for regularly reviewing
these terms and conditions.
Such changes, modifications,
additions or deletions shall
be effective immediately
upon notice thereof, which
may be given by means
including, but not limited
to, posting on
StockHere.com website, or
by electronic or
conventional mail. Continued

website following any such
changes shall constitute
your acceptance of such

fees), whether in an action
of contract, negligence or
other tortious action, that

the inability to use, any

advised of such damages. If
you are dissatisfied with

materials, or with any of

remedy is to discontinue

are found liable in
